P 12.3 Sanitary Certificat for Fish and Aquatic Products

To obtain a sanitary certificate for Fish and Aquatic products, the exporter must submit to the National Institute for Seafood Inspection (INIP) the relevant completed form [F12.3] along with a copy of the license to export [P 1]. The producer must be registered as a production unit with INIP. The Submission may also be done at provincial level. Once document checks have been carried out, the exporter will be contacted to arrange for sanitary inspection by officials, or authorized to submit samples themselves and, should everything be in order, the license will be issued.
